How we reviewed MatchOcean
As an online dating expert, I took a deep dive into MatchOcean to review it. To ensure accuracy and thoroughness of the review, my team and I tested both free and paid versions of the site. We sent messages to other users – over 100 in total! It was important for us to get first-hand experience with how easy or difficult it is to use this platform as well as what kind of people are on there. This process took us several days but we wanted our readership base (which consists mostly of singles) have reliable information about MatchOcean before they decide whether or not join this site themselves. We also made sure that all features were checked out: from creating a profile page with photos & personal info, browsing through potential matches according their criteria (location/age etc.), sending likes/messages via chatroom interface – you name it! All these steps helped us create an unbiased opinion about MatchOcean which sets apart from other reviews sites who don’t provide such detailed overviews when reviewing dating platforms like ours..
Help & Support
If you’re looking for a dating site with great support, MatchOcean isn’t the one. After signing up and trying out their services, I quickly realized that getting help from them is like pulling teeth. They have no page of frequently asked questions to guide users through common issues they may encounter while using the platform. And even if you try to contact customer service directly via email or phone number – good luck! You won’t get an answer anytime soon…if ever! I reached out twice in my time as a member but both times it was like talking into thin air; not only did I never receive any response whatsoever, but also there wasn’t even an acknowledgement of receipt after sending emails or leaving messages on their hotline. It felt so frustrating having nobody listen when all I wanted was some answers about how to use certain features on the website properly! To make matters worse, it seems that MatchOcean has zero interest in improving its support system either: despite being active since 2017 (which makes me wonder why they haven’t figured this stuff out yet!), there’s still no sign of better communication between customers and staff members – which really says something about how much attention they pay towards user experience…or lack thereof? All things considered though – don’t waste your time expecting anything from these guys because chances are slim-to-none that someone will actually pick up your call or reply back promptly enough for you not feel completely ignored by then already anyway…
Mobile App
Ah, MatchOcean – the dating site that’s been around for a while and has helped countless singles find their special someone. But does it have an app? Well, I’m here to tell you all about it!
Yes indeedy, MatchOcean has its very own mobile app. It’s available on both Android and iOS devices so no matter what type of phone you’ve got in your pocket or purse there’ll be something out there for ya. The best part is that it’s free to download – always a bonus when we’re talking apps! The main advantages of using the MatchOcean mobile app are convenience and speed; with just one tap on your screen you can access everything from profiles to messages without having to open up your laptop or desktop computer first. Plus if any new matches come through while you’re out and about then they will show up right away which makes keeping track of potential dates much easier than before (no more waiting until later!). As far as disadvantages go… well let’s face it nothing is perfect but this isn’t too bad either; some users may find navigating between different sections confusing at times but overall most people seem pretty happy with how user-friendly the interface is compared to other similar apps on the market today.
Unfortunately though not all good things must come in pairs because despite being natively developed by experts who know their stuff inside-out unfortunately this particular version doesn’t include video chat capabilities yet – however don’t despair because apparently those clever folks over at Match Ocean are already hard at work developing such features so hopefully soon enough everyone will get exactly what they need from this great platform!. So whether or not having an official mobile application was important factor when choosing online dating sites now ya know: yes indeedyMatch Ocean does have one ready for use anytime anywhere… plus did I mention? It’s totally free too!
Security & Safety
When it comes to online dating, safety and security should be your number one priority. Unfortunately, MatchOcean falls short in this department. While the app does have a few measures in place for user verification, they’re far from foolproof or comprehensive enough to ensure that you won’t encounter any fake accounts or bots on the platform.
To start with, there’s no two-step authentication process available on MatchOcean which is an essential feature when it comes to verifying users’ identities and keeping out malicious actors who may try to gain access into other people’s profiles without their permission. Even worse than that though is how photos are handled – while they do claim that all pictures uploaded by members will be manually reviewed before being approved for use within the app itself – there doesn’t seem to be much of a vetting process at work here as I’ve seen plenty of questionable images make their way onto my feed during my time using this service!
Furthermore, if you take a look at its privacy policy then things don’t get any better either; while some basic information such as name and email address are kept secure (which isn’t really saying much) beyond these details nothing else seems particularly well protected so even more sensitive data like location could potentially fall into wrong hands if not taken care off properly!
All in all then: If staying safe online is important for you then unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend using MatchOcean anytime soon due its lacklustre approach towards protecting users’ personal information from potential threats both inside & outside of the application itself…
User Profiles
Ugh, MatchOcean is the worst. It’s like a blind date with your least favorite aunt – you know it won’t be good but you still show up anyway! The user profiles are public and anyone can view them, so if privacy is important to you then this isn’t the dating site for ya. You can set a custom bio on your profile which I guess makes up for that lack of privacy somewhat…but not really.
The location info in each profile is pretty much unavoidable unless they lie about where they live (which people do). So there’s no way to hide that information from potential matches or even strangers who stumble across your page while browsing around online – talk about creepy! And forget any indication of distance between users; all we get are general locations without any specifics whatsoever – super helpful right? Not at all…
Speaking of unhelpful features: don’t bother signing up for premium subscription because it doesn’t offer anything special other than access to some lame “exclusive content". As far as fake profiles go, I didn’t encounter too many during my time using MatchOcean but enough were present to make me suspicious when messaging someone new – yikes!
All-in-all this website has nothing going for it except its ease of use and free signup process. But those aren’t nearly enough reasons why someone should waste their time here; save yourself the trouble and find another fish in the sea instead!!
Pricing
If you’re looking for an online dating site, MatchOcean might not be the best choice. While it’s free to sign up and create a profile, if you want to take advantage of any of its features or connect with other users on the platform, then you’ll need to pay for a subscription. Sure they offer competitive prices but let’s face it – shelling out cash isn’t exactly everyone’s cup of tea! Plus there are no real benefits that come from paying for a membership aside from being able access all their services and chat with potential matches without limits. That said though, I guess if your pockets run deep enough then maybe MatchOcean is worth considering…just don’t expect too much bang for your buck!

Q&A
Using MatchOcean without paying is not recommended as it limits your access to features and potential matches. Plus, you won’t be able to message anyone if you don’t pay for a subscription plan. All in all, using the site without paying isn’t worth it!
I wouldn’t trust MatchOcean. It seems like a sketchy dating site with little to no safety protocols in place. I would stay away from it if you’re looking for something reliable and secure.
I tried MatchOcean and it was a huge letdown. The matches were terrible, the interface felt outdated, and I didn’t have any luck at all finding someone to date. Overall, not impressed with this dating site.
Cancelling a subscription on MatchOcean is an absolute nightmare. It’s almost impossible to find the option and when you do, it takes forever for them to process your request. I wouldn’t recommend using this site if you ever plan on cancelling your membership!
